A little more clarity.
A little less inbox.
Bono Hermes is a privately operated personal productivity system. Aegis is its local AI component for reviewing selected email and preparing useful summaries, task proposals and event proposals.
Read the privacy policyA deliberate workflow.
After the owner connects a Google account, the Aegis email workflow is configured to process starred messages only, including the existing starred set once and newly starred messages afterward.
Read the selected mail
A dedicated reader uses the Gmail API with read-only access. It does not send, modify, archive, label or delete messages.
Understand it locally
Gemma on the owner’s systems extracts concise summaries and proposed actions. Original message content and attachments in this workflow stay in the local processing environment.
Put proposals in view
The owner permits derived summaries and task/event proposals to be shared with Bono for its dashboard and daily summary. Bono may process those shared fields using cloud AI.
The owner stays
in control.
Adding a proposal to a dashboard does not create an entry in a task or calendar service. Actual task/event writes require a separate, explicitly approved action.
Personal Calendar reading, if separately connected, is read-only. Calendar details and availability are excluded from the automatic Bono email-summary handoff.
